Description
A beautiful loose tea blend consisting of cacao husk, cinnamon bark, cardamon pods, black pepper corns and cloves. Add to hot water or simmer in milk/nut milk or coconut milk for the ultimate indulgence.
Cacao husk is rich in magnesium and anti-oxidants. It also contains Theobromine. This is thought to stimulate the production the neurotransmitter anandamide which produces feelings of happiness.
Cinnamon, cardamon, cloves and black pepper are all warming spices that have traditionally been used to improve digestion and lift the mood.
